Wet Reset was born of our desire to improve the restoration process for homeowners. Richard and Kyle have worked at every level in the restoration industry. And met while both working for a Floor Care and Restoration company in Tampa, Florida. After discussing the numerous customer experience problems, we decided to launch our own platform. We want to bring real, verifiable expertise to the general customer.
